1. License

PetPalBar is licensed, not sold. Upon valid purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on your personal macOS device(s).

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App

  • Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner

  • Share your license key with others

2. Payment and Access

PetPalBar is available as a one-time purchase via Gumroad or the Mac App Store. Certain optional content (e.g., additional pets or themes) may be unlocked via in-app purchases.

All transactions are processed securely via the respective platforms. The developer does not directly store or handle payment details.

3. User Conduct

By using PetPalBar, you agree:

  • To comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

  • Not to misuse the App for malicious or unauthorized purposes

  • Not to circumvent licensing, tamper with features, or exploit bugs

4. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, animations, and code within PetPalBar are the intellectual property. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the App without explicit written permission.

5. System Permissions

PetPalBar may request access to macOS system features like:

  • Notifications

  • System load info

All access is handled locally and is necessary for the App’s intended functionality.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees about:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Compatibility with all macOS versions

  • Continuous error-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, productivity, or system performance

  • Third-party service issues (e.g., Gumroad outages)

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

The license is valid indefinitely unless terminated. We may revoke access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • The license is found to be shared, duplicated, or tampered with

9. Updates

We may release updates or patches to improve or modify PetPalBar. These updates may be automatic or require manual installation. You are encouraged to stay up-to-date for the best experience.
