2. Licensing and Third-Party Services

PetPalBar uses Gumroad for license activation and purchase processing. Gumroad may collect user information as part of its checkout and licensing process. Please refer to Gumroad’s Privacy Policy for details.

3. System Access

PetPalBar may request access to certain macOS system features such as:

• System performance info (to react to CPU/memory load) All access remains local to your device. No data is sent to any server or third party.

4. Data Transmission

PetPalBar does not transmit any user or device data to external servers. All features and data operate entirely offline, except during license validation via Gumroad.

5. Analytics & Tracking

We do not use analytics tools, trackers, or cookies within PetPalBar. Your behavior is not monitored or logged.

6. Monetization

PetPalBar is offered as a one-time purchase. Additional pet skins or features may be unlocked via in-app purchases. All transactions are handled via Gumroad or the Mac App Store, and no financial data is handled directly by us.

7. Children’s Privacy

PetPalBar is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data, there is no stored information to request, modify, or delete. For purchase-related requests, please contact Gumroad or the platform through which you made the purchase.
